Two years ago I left a decade in healthcare technology for whiskey. What I found was an industry of good people, durable companies, and more real complexity than outsiders give it credit for: sourcing strategies, contract distillation, barrel marketplaces, funds navigating a buyers' market, the quiet rise of RTD, private label, and barrel pick programs.
I also found something missing. This is a business built on relationships, and it works: but the systems to consistently find and nurture buying companies were never part of the toolkit. Not because nobody could build them. Because nobody needed to, until the market turned.
That's the work. Signal, structure, and commercial clarity: an engine that connects buyers and sellers, built in whiskey and applied to any B2B market that needs the same machinery. Every engagement runs through me, start to finish.
Whether it's a launch, a pipeline problem, or a market you need mapped, the first conversation is free and useful.
